SHIPPING POLICY

We process and ship all orders within 1–3 business days of order confirmation. Once your order is dispatched, you will be notified with tracking details.

Delivery Timeframes
All orders are shipped across Egypt. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

• Cairo & Giza: 1–2 business days
• Other Governorates: 2–3 business days

Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Free shipping on all orders over 1,000 EGP.

Delays
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or circumstances outside our control. RELIC is not liable for shipping delays once the order has been handed to the courier.
