Refund policy
We have a 14-day return and exchange policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately via Instagram DM if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached to be eligible for return or exchange. We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Please get in touch via Instagram DM if you have questions about your specific item.

The fastest way to get what you want is to contact us via Instagram DM within 14 days of receiving your order. We'll sort the exchange directly with you.
Refunds
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return. If approved, you'll be refunded within 10 business days via your original payment method. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us via Instagram DM: @reli_eg
